Terms & Conditions
1.BY SIGNING UP TO GEM MEDIA TALENT AGENCY YOU AGREE TO CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE WITH BRAND COLLABS AND EXECUTE CREATIVE BRIEFS.
2.YOU AGREE TO EXECUTE CREATIVE BRIEFS ON THE APPLICABLE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, SUBJECT TO THE CAMPAIGN.
3.A SCHEDULE OF DATES AND PERFORMANCE BY THE INFLUENCER WILL BE AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES; GEM MEDIA TALENT AGENCY AND YOU.
4.YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT ALL ELEMENTS OF CONTENT, INCLUDING THE CAPTIONS TO GEM MEDIA TALENT AGENCY FOR WRITTEN APPROVAL PRIOR TO POSTING.
5.IF GEM MEDIA TALENT AGENCY OR THE BRAND REQUEST ANY EDITS, YOU AGREE TO RESUBMIT APPLICABLE CONTENT.
6.YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL NOT MAKE ANY CLAIMS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL TO THE BUSINESS, ILLEGAL OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE.
7.AS THE INFLUENCER, YOU GRANT GEM MEDIA TALENT AGENCY FULL OWNERSHIP OF THE CONTENT YOU CREATE SUBJECT TO CLIENT BRIEFS.
8.THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE IN EFFECT FROM THE DATE YOU SIGN UP TO GEM MEDIA TALENT AGENCY.
9.EACH PROJECT WILL HAVE DIFFERENT PAYMENT TERMS, TO BE AGREED FROM BOTH PARTIES BEFORE ANY WORK IS IMPLEMENTED,
10.IT IS THE INFLUENCERS DUTY TO SUBMIT TIMELY INVOICES BEFORE ANY PAYMENT FROM GEM MEDIA TALENT AGENCY CAN BE MADE.
